Key Responsibilities:
1st line technical support of our customers and their devices
Using our ticketing system (Hubspot) to our best practice standards making sure that we not only solve customer problems, but we log all issues properly and report on all activities
Making sure that we listen, support and provide solutions for customers. We might not be abe to solve everything in a first call but the way we handle & escalate that call will have an enormous impact on our customers’ experience.
Contributing to the growing amount of support documentation
Reviewing current processes and offering up improvements and optimisations wherever you see them

Who We’d Like:
An end-to-end Hypervolt SpecialistTechnical Support Executive who has excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Your mission is to serve our customers
A genuine passion and pride for delivering outstanding customer experience
Hunger to learn; if there is an aspect of our support stack you have not used before we are always happy to train, support and mentor those for an appetite to learn
Troubleshooting technical issues on installed devices by communicating with customers
Have a hands-on approach to replicating field issues in our R&D lab and reporting your findings to the technical team
Work with customers and colleagues to support the continuous improvement of our service and support tools
You’re a doer! Highly motivated and prepared to operate in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, taking initiative and completing every job
You will love working in a team and interacting with people
A passion and pride for delivering outstanding customer experience
A problem solver who enjoys a challenge and never gives up until a problem is fixed;
Process driven and organised;
Adaptable, self-managing, pro-active, multi-tasker
Bonus experience electronics product background would be advantageous
